Speakers

Damien Mander
Founder and CEO, International Anti-Poaching Foundation

@DamienMander

A trip to Africa in early 2009 awakened Damien Mander to the horrors that the natural world is facing from poaching. Identifying his niche capabilities for dealing with this injustice, Damien liquidated his savings, and founded the International Anti-Poaching Foundation (IAPF). Now a multinational not-for-profit, the IAPF runs operations on the frontlines of the world wildlife wars.

Tina Tchen

@TinaTchen

From 2011 until 2017, Tina Tchen served as Assistant to President Barack Obama; Chief of Staff to First Lady Michelle Obama; and Executive Director of the White House Council on Women and Girls. From the date of Obama's inauguration until January 5, 2011, she was the Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, previously known as the Office of Public Liaison.
